Shipping Policy
Israel- Free Shipping with UPS
International - Shipping with EMS - 150 ₪
Please note that your order will only be shipped only once payment and delivery details have been approved. Furthermore, Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address, payment verification or any other delay.
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. SARAFAN is unable to reroute packages.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes -
If client is shipping to a destination outside of Israel, shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the client; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Items will be shipped from Tel Aviv, Israel with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
Return & Exchange Policy
If the items that you have purchased are not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return them. If so, please note the following:
Before you send your items back to us you need to send an e-mail to contact@sarafan-tlv.com. You will then receive return instructions by e-mail. Do not send anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.
The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery by sending them back in perfect condition and in original wrapping. We will accept returned items as long as they have not been worn or washed and if they are returned with their labels and tags intact.
Please note that shipping charges of exchanges or refunds are at your expense.
If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. We therefore recommend you to choose a safe shipping alternative.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination.
SARAFAN is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside Israel. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
